The whole point was to embarrass Reisen. Because no matter how much she loved the rabbit, nothing made Reimu happier than bullying her. It was just the natural order of things. Even when she found herself on her back with Reisen on top she didn't complain. She only grinned knowingly, as if she already knew Reisen would end up trying something to make Reimu stop.
